Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and materials preparation.
• Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
• Provide administrative support for training programs, including tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and maintaining training records.
• Assist in the evaluation of training programs to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop training solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in training and development is a plus but not required.
