We are currently seeking a **ServiceNow - Senior Project Manager/ Engagement Manager - OCM - US Remote Position** - **US Remote Position.** **PLEASE NOTE** - **US CITIZENSHIP is a requierment for this positon.** NTT DATA is searching for a **ServiceNow - Senior Project Manager/Engagement Manager** with OCM experience delivering large IT digital transformation projects to Enterprise Clients to join our highly skilled consulting team. You will use your exceptional project management skills to execute the successful delivery of large, complex ServiceNow projects for enterprise customers, often handling multiple engagements at a time - all while keeping our Client Satisfaction Rating at one of the highest levels in the ServiceNow ecosystem. **Why we think this position is great:** You will be a key driver managing project teams throughout the intricate project roadmap to ultimately solve our client's digital transformation goals. You will bring confidence in shepherding project teams through a proven methodology to successful delivery and assist our clients with organizational change management (OCM). Demonstrate delivery experience with project financial management and high Client satisfaction ratings. Looking for someone that is self-motivated, high-energy, and has a team player mentality. Our Engagement Management team has ample opportunity for growth and strong emphasis on continual improvement. **Primary Responsibilities:** Host Client and internal project meetings and own project communications Responsible for project team performance, resource and forecast management, including project status and timecard reporting Update project plan and participate in User Story grooming and Sprint planning Manage project scope, schedule, budget, governance, and minimize variance while upholding NTT methodology Facilitate scoping and change order process while safeguarding CSAT through project lifecycle and conducting "lessons learned" reviews Research, test, and gather input from others before responding to clients or internal queries Lead large, transformative engagements Experience managing with Agile or SCRUM frameworks **Required Qualifications:** 10+ years of Consulting/IT experience working in a ServiceNow environment. 8+ years experience in a ServiceNow Project Management/Engagement Manager experience \#LI-CONF \#CP \#SN **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
