We are partnering with a stable and growing healthcare company seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter. The Healthcare Recruiter will play a vital role in sourcing and securing top talent for various healthcare positions, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

**This is a temp -to-hire opportunity, fully onsite in Anaheim, with a competitive salary of $80-85k/year.

Core Duties:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for healthcare positions, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure only qualified individuals are presented to hiring managers.

  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with best practices in sourcing and recruiting for a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Guide the recruiting process, providing support and expertise to the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Champion a positive candidate experience and effectively promote the company brand.

  • Create sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates to ensure a diverse talent pool.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance overall recruitment objectives.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and refine job descriptions and requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • College degree preferred but not required.

  • Previous experience with an ATS system is essential.

  • A strong passion for recruitment, along with exceptional interpersonal skills and people management experience.

  • Deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and how to optimize it for effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain organization while multitasking.

  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
