Job Description

Responsibilities: 
Content Creation and Curation:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce engaging multimedia content.
  • Craft compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, and other digital content.
  • Ensure consistent content generation for podcasts and social media platforms daily.
  • Streamline the flow of data between editors and social media channels.


Community Management:

  • Actively engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Foster a positive and interactive online community, encouraging user-generated content.


Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement innovative social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.


Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners.


Advertising and Promotions:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee budgets and optimize spending to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Continuously refine campaign strategies for better performance.


SEO and Content Optimization:

  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of social media posts.
  • Optimize content for each platform to boost engagement and reach.


Training and Development:

  • Train team members on social media best practices and emerging trends.
  • Regularly update the team with new industry insights and conduct training sessions.


Event Promotion:

  • Promote company events and product launches through strategic social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate live event coverage across various social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry trends and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are desirable.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required.
