Overview:

The Quality Reviewer is responsible for ensuring that submitted appraisal reports meet industry, client and company guidelines in terms of quality. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance on submitted appraisal reports, aligning with company standards for review
• Communicate with field and staff appraisers in a professional, courteous manner
• Ensure that appraisal reports comply with federal and state regulatory guidelines and meet internal and client requirements as documented within each letter of engagement
• Respond to all email and phone inquiries within 4 business hours
• Provide client with timely status updates on revision and dispute issues, as needed
• Participate in interdepartmental cross training to provide quality support for Evaluations and BPOs, as requested by management
• Complete all individual company required training successfully and on time
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
• Perform all functions according to the established policies, procedures, regulations and accreditation
  requirements, as well as applicable professional standards
• Provide all customers of the organization with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core values of service and professionalism every day

Qualifications:

• Understanding of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP), Fannie Mae and Federal Housing Administration/Housing and Urban Development (FHA/HUD) appraisal guidelines and appraisal forms
• High school diploma, college degree preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to grasp new technology and computer applications quickly
• Comfortable working at a fast pace
• Organizational, analytical, and research skills
• Strong experience with standard business tools (Microsoft / Google) and internet 
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
• Decisive judgment and professional integrity
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Type minimum 45 WPM
