Your Role with the Company:
You will have a critical role in developing customers, identifying & estimating projects, and managing a variety of high-profile, commercial projects across the Chicagoland area.  Projects include tenant improvement and ground up construction of office, retail, hospitality, and other electrical project types ranging from $200K to $15m+.  You will also drive continuous improvement and offer ideas and input on how to improve processes, reporting directly to the President.  You may be involved with managing and mentoring junior staff members.
Background Profile:

• 6+ years experience in electrical project management
• Background in commercial electrical projects $3MM+
• Exposure to estimating software
• Estimating and pricing change orders
