University Vision Centre in El Paso, TX is looking for one patient relations specialist - front desk to join our 43 person strong team. We are located on 3800 N. Mesa Ste. B1. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Check in patients by entering patient information in current POS system
• Enter charges in POS system and collect copays
• Can manage multiple tasks at a time

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary if applicant highly motivated and has the capacity to learn
• Bilingual
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Works well under pressure
• Computer and typing skills
