About The Role The Part-Time Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our dealership guests and vendors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be comfortable handling administrative tasks while providing outstanding customer service. What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Manage the front desk, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Support team members with additional tasks as required.
• Provide clients with detailed information on pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.

We Invite You To Apply – Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clientele.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g. printers, copiers).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Impressive work ethic, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Act with urgency and champion excellence in all company objectives
• Flexible - available to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation

• Up to $15/hour
