Pathway to Leadership: Operations Manager Training Program
At Chick-fil-A Pasadena, we are committed to developing exceptional leaders through a structured and intentional growth process. If you aspire to become an Operations Manager , here’s what you can expect on your journey:
Foundational Training (First 90 Days)
All candidates begin in the Team Member role for their first 90 days to build a strong understanding of our culture, guest experience, and daily operations.
Evaluation & Advancement
After 90 days, your performance and leadership potential will be assessed to determine readiness for the Operations Lead Training Program .
Operations Lead Role (6-8 Months)
Upon successfully completing the training, you will be promoted to Operations Lead , where you will spend 6 to 8 months gaining hands-on leadership experience, overseeing both Front of House and Back of House operations , and refining your ability to lead a team effectively.
Operations Manager Training & Promotion
After demonstrating excellence in the Operations Lead role , you will be considered for the Operations Manager Training Program . This step focuses on higher-level leadership, business acumen, and strategic decision-making to prepare you for a formal Operations Manager role .
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION
This is a rigorous, competency-based leadership development process designed to equip you with the skills needed to lead both yourself and a team of 80+ . If you are looking for a quick promotion within 3 months , this may not be the right fit. We are looking for dedicated, growth-minded individuals who are ready to commit to a leadership journey built on excellence, teamwork, and long-term success .
