Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: At least 3 years in enrollment, registrar duties, or administrative school support.
Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with PowerSchool, SchoolMint, and Brightwheel (or similar platforms).
Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Work Environment: Comfortable working independently in a hybrid role and traveling for campus visits.
Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of Texas state enrollment laws is a plus.
Conduct quarterly audits to verify student data accuracy and adherence to state enrollment regulations.
Lead onboarding and ongoing training for school secretaries and registrars on enrollment systems and best practices.
Manage student applications and lotteries through SchoolMint, including enrollment and re-enrollment cycles.
Monitor and correct data issues in PowerSchool to ensure compliance with state reporting requirements.
Host daily huddles with registrar teams to review data, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
Manage and respond to Zendesk support tickets related to systems and enrollment.
Visit campuses regularly to offer on-site training, verify compliance, and support school-based enrollment teams.
Communicate directly with families via phone and email to guide them through the enrollment process.
Partner with school teams, enrollment staff, and district leaders to refine and improve student services.
Help develop and update training resources and procedural documentation for registrar-related functions.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support department and organizational goals.
Compensation: $20 per hour
