The Opportunity

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join the Pro Video team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business strategies, develop compelling messaging and positioning, and create strategic marketing strategies that enhance Adobe pro video tools visibility and adoption among aspiring and existing video professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies for Adobe pro video, focusing on market research & analysis, product messaging & positioning
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with product management and design to shape the roadmap of the pro video products, building experiences our customers love and unlocking growth through product innovation and experimentation
  • Monitor and analyze performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and meet business objectives.


What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Must be currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 – June 2025
  • Experience collaborating across multi-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives.
  • Knowledge of analyzing data that leads to recommendations
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, attention to detail, and experience in managing multiple projects/tasks concurrently.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.


Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $92,800 -- $172,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
