WHO WE ARE:

X-RITE PANTONE is the leader in color science and technology offering end-to-end solutions for the selection, communication, formulation, and production of consistent and achievable color.

This is a Hybrid role (onsite 2x per week) based in Grand Rapids, MI.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will manage and collect quality information from customers and prospects interested in X-Rite solutions and services.

In your main role at X-Rite Pantone, you will:

• Achieve the annual lead generation and sales conversion goals established by the company.
• Complete outbound calling for X-Rite product lines from various mediums passionate about finding new X-Rite customers.
• Provide creative lead generation strategies, advise on call strategies, script customization, and objection-handling techniques with team members.
• Acquire new customer contact information and other important information to populate our CRM database.
• Cultivate new X-Rite customer relationships by positioning products and services that meet their needs.
• Notify sales team members immediately of qualified sales leads.
• Proactively communicate with the sales team to ensure cohesiveness.
• Maintain basic knowledge of X-Rite's product lines and service offerings.
• Achieve 100%+ of objective against an annual lead goal and sales conversion goal as defined by commission plan.
• Nurture new X-Rite customer relationships by positioning products and services that meet their needs regarding color measurement applications.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:

• High degree of motivation, goal-driven, self-starter
• Degree from a four-year accredited college preferred; will accept equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers.
• Validated organizational skills; ability to set priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency in the use of PCs and software, including CRM databases (preferred), word processing and spreadsheet applications.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $19.00 - $21.50 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
