Job Duties
Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, and guests according to protocols.
Creating a positive and safe environment for the guest during their visit.
Monitoring guest behaviors, ensuring guests adhere to the expectations.
Providing an authoritative presence on the floor to deter negative behavior.
Providing de-escalation to any event that may require it.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in the security field
