Our Internet Sales Managers are responsible for ensuring each internet customer inquiry is responded to in a timely and proper method, while presenting our marketing message and maximizing the profit potential for the internet sales department.
Internet Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits:
Internet Sales Manager Competitive Salary: Enjoy a $2,000 base salary paid on the 25th, plus 2% of total gross.
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Internet Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Structures internet car deals, including contracting customers, ensuring accurate paperwork and getting deals bought by bank; making necessary corrections and performing resigns, and assumes full responsibility for funding delays.
- Supervises the communication with our internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication.
- Ensures leads are followed in a proper and timely manner.
- Audit websites to ensure functionality.
- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of your team sales employees, creating and maintaining a strong and effective team.
- Has a strong focus on assisting team in closing all deals.
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect sales.
- Assists individual salespeople in setting realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
- Maintains an accurate daily log that reflects all sales activities in the dealership.
- Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
- Monitors a follow-up system for vehicle purchasers.
- Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery, and follow-up process.
- Conducts daily and/or weekly sales meetings.
- Provides effective communication throughout the sales department as well as inter departmentally.
- Ensures that salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain high ratings in customer reviews.
- Provides proper product and training resources for salespeople on a regular and continuous basis.
- Oversees the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
- Works with salespeople on programs that will increase gross profit and F&I penetration.
- Develops incentive programs along with dealer and other managers.
- Completes deal check list ensuring all necessary documents and paperwork are present.
- Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Provides dealer with accurate floor traffic control data on a daily basis.
- Assists the used-vehicle department with trade appraisals as needed.
- Attends managers meetings as requested.
- Maintains professional appearance.
