We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to join our James Beard award winning team at one of our Michelin starred restaurants: Rose’s Luxury, Little Pearl, and Pineapple and Pearls.

Who we are looking for:
Our ideal candidate is someone who, most importantly, has a real passion for making other people happy. This includes our staff as much as our guests. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of management experience in off-premise catering or food delivery operations. Additional experience in restaurant management is preferred.
What the job looks like:
The Hospitality Manager is a leader before anything else. They are someone who inspires and motivates their team. They challenge their team and reward them as well.
Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day off-premise catering operations, assisting in staff training and education, and looking every day at our current operations and seeing how we can work smarter, cleaner, faster, more precise, and at a higher level.

Catering experience
CMS/WSET Certification
P&L management experience
Staff management & Training of 25+ employees
Understanding of HR compliance
Payroll & Scheduling experience
