Responsibilities:

• Utilize market trends, comparative properties, data research, site inspections, and outreach initiatives to evaluate property value and condition.
• Serve as a liaison between your sellers and buyers to guarantee a seamless and successful closing process.
• Conduct research on real estate market trends, and geographical patterns, and prepare necessary paperwork such as letters of intent, contracts, etc. for the sale.
• Monitor leads and keep track of follow-up actions.
• Use the CRM system on a daily basis to keep track of all contact interactions and monitor the sales process.
• Make more than 100 calls per day to warm leads without cold calling.
• Participate in necessary team business meetings and training sessions.
• Create reports to monitor sales progress and performance.
• Strive to exceed company goals and quotas.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success along with self-motivation.
• Sales experience, excellent phone and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, good time management and organizational skills, self-motivation, achievement-oriented mindset, confidence, proactive approach, competitive spirit, and a passion for sales.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve set goals.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexible and enthusiastic.
