The Indiana University Foundation (IUF), in partnership with the Indiana University Alumni Association (IUAA), seeks a passionate, customer-centric IT professional to serve as Help Desk Support Analyst.
Reporting to the Help Desk Manager, the Help Desk Support Analyst plays an important role in ensuring a great end-user experience. The Support Analyst responds to telephone calls, Help Desk Issues (ServiceNow), and in-person requests for technical assistance including general hardware/software computing setup and staff support as well as support to key alumni/donor systems. There will be occasional scheduled support for seasonal board meetings and events that may require travel both locally and out of state.
Candidates must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills in addition to a demonstrated aptitude for organization, self-motivation, and multitasking. This position will join a team of enthusiastic, customer service-oriented professionals with a passion for serving and collaborating as a team.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements
An associate degree or 1-2 years of professional experience in an IT-related field is required.
Combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Help Desk Ticketing Systems (Service Now)
Experience with Macintosh Computers
Experience with Conference Room Technology (Crestron, Video Conferencing, Collaboration Software)
Experience with SCCM/Jamf Pro
Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field
