Help Desk Specialist - Law Firm - Haddonfield, NJ - $55-60k 

Our growing law firm client in beautiful Haddonfield, NJ is seeking an experienced Help Desk Support professional to join their team!

The Help Desk Specialist will be the first line of technical support for the firm's attorneys, paralegals, and staff. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users by phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot software and hardware problems, including email, network connectivity, printing issues, and legal practice management software
• Document and track support tickets
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
• Maintain knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions
• Update user accounts and permissions
• Assist with new software and hardware implementation and training
• Ensure adherence to the firm's IT security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Help Desk or similar role
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite in addition to knowledge of legal practice and document management software.
• Familiarity with legal terminology
