Job Summary

The Director of Program Management - Deephealth Products & Solutions will play a critical role in leading and managing the execution of programs focused on developing and deploying cutting-edge Radiology informatics and AI solutions at Deephealth. This individual will oversee day-to-day program activities, ensuring successful implementation, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to drive widespread adoption and achieve strategic objectives. Additionally, the Director will partner with senior leadership to ensure program alignment with Deephealth's overall strategic goals.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Product Development program, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality and performance objectives.
  • Oversee the deployment of solutions across Deephealth, fostering seamless integration and user adoption.
  • Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Track project metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
  • Develop and maintain robust project management methodologies and best practices across Deephealth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, engineering, quality assurance, and operations, to drive program execution and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Deephealth leadership, IT teams, and external SI partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and aligning stakeholders on project goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project management culture across Deephealth.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, assess needs, and identify opportunities for improvement or enhancement of Deephealth solutions.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define program strategies, objectives, and priorities aligned with the overall business goals and vision of Deephealth.
  • Champion strategies to drive widespread adoption of Deephealth solutions within Deephealth operations, ensuring maximum value realization and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion the development and implementation of a comprehensive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact program delivery or outcomes and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes and minimize risk exposure.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in program management, project management, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of Radiology Informatics, AI, and healthcare IT systems.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt to different project requirements.
  • Experience in implementing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex programs from initiation through completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

 

Physical DEMANDS

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~20% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.

 

Working Environment

Remote. With the ability to travel less than 20%.

Pay Range: USD $165,000.00 - USD $185,000.00 /Yr.
