Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cyber Security Analyst with specific expertise in utilizing CrowdStrike technologies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients' digital assets, mitigating potential cybersecurity risks, and building robust security processes. They will utilize their in-depth knowledge of CrowdStrike platforms and tools to detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the CrowdStrike Falcon platform to monitor and analyze network traffic, endpoints, and security events for potential threats and vulnerabilities
• Investigate security incidents and alerts generated by CrowdStrike and other security tools, providing timely and accurate analysis of the threat landscape
• Develop and implement security controls and configurations within CrowdStrike to enhance the organization's overall security posture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement best practices for threat prevention and response
• Conduct threat-hunting activities using CRO wd strike's advanced capabilities to proactively identify and neutralize potential threats before they escalate
• Provide recommendations for improving security policies, procedures, and configurations based on analysis of CrowdStrike telemetry data and industry trends
• Participate in incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery efforts, leveraging CrowdStrike’s incident response capabilities
• Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices, incorporating this knowledge into security operations and initiatives
• Assist with developing and delivering cybersecurity training and awareness programs to educate staff on security best practices and procedures
• Maintain documentation of security incidents, investigations, and remediation efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, focusing on threat detection, analysis, and response
• Demonstrated experience with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, including configuration, deployment, and management
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including network security, endpoint protection, and incident response
• Proficiency in analyzing security logs, packet captures, and other sources of security telemetry to identify and investigate potential threats
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or CrowdStrike Falcon certifications are preferred
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in regulated healthcare, finance, or government industries is a plus
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the cybersecurity field
