Job Description
Sohos Creative Project Manager provides support, inspiration, and direction to multi-functional creative teams to develop, create, and deploy integrated campaigns and projects. This full-time position based in New York City will balance day-to-day project oversight, deliverables, and communication between creative teams, internal teams, and 3 rd parties to ensure projects are completed on-time, on-budget, and on-brief.
About You: - Youre steeped in the creative process as it pertains to all marketing modalities (branding, strategy, digital, social, experience design, and print)
- Youre a master communicator connecting project stakeholders, internal teams, designers, production vendors and media partners as a project owner
- You know how to design a road map for production; from project timelines to asset trackers to client feedback, approved creative is delivered within timeline and budget
- You take comprehensive notes during all meetings and distribute clear action items to team members for follow-through
- You generate a daily hotlist for creative and program leads to ensure urgent responsibilities are addressed immediately
- You host multiple status meetings a week to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on roles and responsibilities and timelines stay on track
- You create and track budgets throughout the lifecycle of an event and flag any overages or scope changes
- You are detail-oriented and track notes throughout the planning process for teams to reference
- You forecast the needs for freelancer resources when needed and track invoices
What Youll Need: - 3-5 years as a creative PM or creative services manager in an agency or brand environment
- Proven success in project management methodology: project timelines (including establishing benchmarks in a variety of
- creative service modalities), resource allocation, scopes, and budgets
- Extensive experience in successful cross departmental collaboration
- Fluency with design and production processes for digital, print, web + mobile, live + virtual events, environmental design, POS and/or hard goods
- Superb written and verbal communication skills and an unmatched attention to detail
- Monday.com experience preferred
- Spirits industry experience is a plus
Tools Youve Mastered: - Industry-standard creative software (Adobe CC, etc.)
- Asana, Trello, Microsoft Teams or other project management software
- Trafficking and archival of raw and edited footage and design files
- Managing creative budgets up to $1MM
