In this role, the candidate would be responsible for developing engaging content for various marketing channels and collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with GTM strategies.

Responsibilities

· Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.

· Social Media Management: Support the management of our social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance metrics.

· Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.

· Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with GTM strategies.

· Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and product launches.

· Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

· Creativity: Strong creative thinking abilities with a passion for developing innovative content.

· Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.

· Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced setting

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$55,000 to $68,500]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
