Job Description:
K&S Staffing Solution is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to individuals in need. The Chaplain will offer counseling, crisis intervention, and guidance to clients and staff, respecting all faiths and belief systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of various religious and spiritual practices, and a desire to support individuals through difficult life situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to clients, staff, and families.
• Offer grief counseling, crisis intervention, and guidance.
• Respectfully address the diverse religious needs of individuals.
• Facilitate spiritual services, ceremonies, or rituals as needed.
• Collaborate with other professionals to provide holistic care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Divinity, or related field (preferred).
• Certification as a Chaplain or in Pastoral Care (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in counseling or spiritual care is a plus.
• Ability to work with individuals from diverse religious backgrounds.
