Position: Bookkeeper

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team and manage various financial tasks essential to our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing clients and processing payments.
  
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices and bills.
  
• Maintain vendor accounts and address any inquiries or issues.
  
• Update bank transactions and categorize them daily.
  
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure that financial records are accurate throughout the year.
  
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Zoho Books is preferred but not required).
  
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  
• Must be versed in GA Tax Law.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
