Job Description

Le Virtu is hiring a part-time Bookkeeper/Office Manager: the ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in hospitality. This is a part-time position (20-25 hrs/week), working both onsite and remotely.

Requirements:
 Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with QuickBooks
 Prior restaurant bookkeeping experience
 Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Excel, Microsoft Work, etc.
 Positive attitude and a sense of responsibility
 Ability to work independently and follow instructions
 Experience in online tax payments to PA and city of Philadelphia
 Professional, regular contact (via email and phone) with management and vendors
 Discretion with staff and the business at all times
 Sense of urgency and ability to multitask 

Duties Include:
 Data input and proficiency with QuickBooks.
 Inputting invoices & payments, writing & sending checks, communicating with vendors
 Maintain all office financial systems with management
 Process monthly inventories
 Inputting of weekly POS sales and cash reconciliation into QuickBooks
 Monthly reconciliation of bank statements
 Monthly reconciliation of Sales and Liquor/Beer/Wine sales for reporting
and paying Sales/Use taxes and Philadelphia liquor taxes online.
 Running and sending key financial reports to owners, managers, and
accountant
