We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual with a passion for art and teaching to lead engaging paint and sip classes in Richmond, VA. As an Art Instructor, you will inspire and guide participants of all skill levels through the creation of their own masterpiece while fostering a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Responsibilities

1. Lead paint and sip classes by providing step-by-step instruction on the featured painting of the day.
2. Demonstrate painting techniques and provide guidance to participants throughout the class.
3. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants, encouraging creativity and self-expression.
4. Set up and organize painting materials and supplies before each class.
5. Assist with event setup and cleanup.
6. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing assistance as needed.
7. Promote upcoming classes and special events to customers.
8. Uphold the quality and standards of [Paint & Sip Shop Name] by delivering exceptional customer service and instruction.

Qualifications

1. Strong painting skills and proficiency in various painting techniques.
2. Previous experience teaching art classes or workshops is preferred but not required.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
5. Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for art and teaching.
6. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
7. Must be at least 18 years old.
8. Ability to work well with a team!
