Job Summary

The E15 Analyst is focused on optimizing food and beverage operations for Compass Group clients to help Compass Group remain the leader of the contract foodservice industry. In this role, you would act as an internal consultant and analyze data to uncover opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and profit, recommend strategic solutions, and work with numerous Compass clients and industries. This role will often work on multiple projects at once and take part in scoping projects, running analyses, and presenting findings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and profit through data-driven analyses
• Partnering with E15’s Data Science team to develop and deploy propriety products
• Creating an economic valuation of E15’s bottom-line impact
• Completing ad hoc analyses that provide key insights and potential action items

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in business analytics, economics, finance, statistics, or a related field
• Professional knowledge or experience of the following
• Statistical software package (R strongly preferred)
• SQL
• Data visualization (Tableau strongly preferred)
• Expertise in Excel modeling and financial business modeling are strongly preferred
• Great work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to support teammates and clients
• Ability to adapt and pivot as business needs and priorities change
• Experience using data visualization tools or PowerPoint to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences
